In our demanding times, during which our everyday life is full of pressure, the training methods for stress management ( neurofeedback ) provide us with an effective treatment.

What is stress management?

The stress management method aims to a successfull control of each trainee’s emotions, which are derived from various stressful situations of our everyday life. The acquired skills allow optimum performance of the adult, whichever his/her inclination is, whether it concerns professional environment or personal matters.

Goals

The aim of stress management is to learn how to control our anxiety under stressful conditions (eg time demanding homework, tough business decisions, organizational difficulty of the daily program, etc.), so as to maximize our performance.

Individual and / or Collective Encounters.

1. Individual stress management meetings: for each adult who wants to better manage the everyday life's stress.

2. Stress Management Groups: for each adult facing stressful situations (eg job interview, personal relationships, etc.). Many studies have revealed that the profession is one of the major stressors for young people.

Educational process

  • The stress management method is conducted in the form of individual meetings (duration 45 minutes), in which adults are trained in modern stress management techniques and biofeedback method.
  • Stress management teams are conducted on a monthly basis, in the form of interactive seminars, in a cycle of eight meetings annually. The duration of the interactive seminars is 1 hour and each group consists of 4-6 people.
